Changelog
What's new in OmniCrab.
Mobile dashboard, password reset, and platform hardening
- •The dashboard is now fully usable on phone and tablet, with a proper collapsible navigation menu.
- •Added self-service password reset — no more getting locked out.
- •You can now export a full copy of your workspace data, or permanently delete your account, from Settings at any time.
- •Outbound webhooks now show real delivery status in your dashboard — see at a glance whether your integration is actually receiving events.
- •Dashboard trend indicators (conversations, resolution rate, response time) now reflect your real week-over-week performance.
- •Every email we send — confirmations, verification codes, quota alerts, weekly summaries — now arrives properly formatted instead of as plain text.
- •Meaningful performance and reliability improvements across message handling, analytics, and scheduled jobs, plus tightened webhook verification and rate limiting platform-wide.
- •Slack is officially out of "coming soon" — connect it from the Integrations tab like any other channel.
- •Refreshed the Features, About, and FAQ pages to reflect everything the platform can actually do today, including custom team roles, AI-assisted agent tools, and our developer API.
Bot activity logs, Discord, and richer analytics
- •Every bot now has a full activity log — every create, edit, publish, integration change, and knowledge base update, with who did it and when, searchable and exportable to CSV.
- •Deploy your bot in Discord via a slash command, connected straight from the Channels tab.
- •Billing now supports a saved billing address and generates a sequential invoice number for every successful payment.
- •Analytics gained real average session duration, engagement (messages per conversation), and returning-customer rate, plus period-over-period trend comparisons on the dashboard.
Subscription billing and a refreshed landing experience
- •Subscription billing integrated with PayU — cards, UPI, and net banking, checkout without leaving the app.
- •Refreshed landing page and improved SEO metadata across the marketing site.
Redesigned navigation, analytics dashboard, and Telegram
- •New analytics dashboard: conversations, channel breakdown, and bot performance in one place.
- •Redesigned sidebar and header — pages navigate without a full UI reload.
- •Connect a bot to Telegram from the Channels tab.
- •Added team member invites.
Knowledge base, bring-your-own AI key, and the chat widget
- •Bring your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google Gemini.
- •Upload documents to a bot's knowledge base so answers stay grounded in your own content.
- •Embed the chat widget on any website with a single script tag.
