We use collected information to provide and improve our platform, process transactions, send service communications, and ensure security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data security

We implement encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Enterprise customers may request custom data retention and processing agreements.

AI usage disclosure

OmniCrab agents use third-party large language model providers to generate responses. Conversation content you or your customers submit to an agent may be processed by these providers solely to generate that response. We do not use your conversation data to train foundation models, and AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — configure your agent and knowledge base accordingly for your use case.

Data retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the platform. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

GDPR & your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export or delete your account data yourself at any time from Settings. For corrections or any other request, contact us at [email protected]. We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable, and we use standard contractual clauses for any international data transfers.
